This 10 minute abs workout is the perfect routine when you want to get results fast! Your lower abs, upper abs and obliques will all be feeling it by the end of this ab workout!

This is a no repeat workout for your abs. The timer will be on for 30 seconds of work with 5 seconds rest between exercises. Take extra rest as needed while making sure to maintain good form throughout.

Loving your quick workouts! Would you consider doing another 6 week shred for Christmas focusing on one muscle group at a time? For example 20mins on biceps and a 10 min hiit/tabata at the end, 20 mins shoulders and a 10 min hiit/tabata at the end etc etc - That would be awesome ☺️
