I thought I would share with you all a quick 20min full body workout. It's beginner friendly and can be done with no equipment.
If you fancy a challenge, you can add some resistance with small weights or pick up anything you have laying around!
Focus on keeping all the movements slow and the correct form. Never compromise form for speed 😊 and always take a breather when you feel the need.
