I'm glad your back to posting videos. I found this channel last year when I was stuck in fight or flight for months & was filled w/ fear. This along w/ yoga, walking, & focusing on the best sleep & food I could give myself I am relieved to say I am out of what I thought would never end. Thanks for the channel.

Thank you for this. It really helps that you speak in a calming tone and that there's no music in your videos. I was feeling anxious about time passing, but now I'm feeling more anchored in the present. 💗😻🙏🏻

I would like to point out, if it isn't already apparent to everybody, that being in control of our sensations or feelings, (emotions), does ot mean that we prevent them from happening; what it does mean is that we experience them with allowing ourselves to finally realize that they (anxiety included) are just going to pass harmlessly through our minds and fade away without any serious consequences. This channel is a lifesaver, I struggle alot with anxiety and PMDD that makes 2 weeks of 4 a living hell, and I already meditate alot but always found videos with that same music and whatnot and those work sometimes to but youre videos are just simple and amazing, the sleepvideos knocks me out at night and when I wake up too early knowing Im off to work, they knock me back to sleep and then I meditate to a video for that day ore where my head is at that moment. I love them. So, from my heart Thank You ❤ For taking the time and making these, and for really helping people. Love from Sweden

This anti-anxiety meditation was succssful in relieving at least 2 feelings: one of anger and one of anxiety, both of which were a response to a feeling of being hurt by a feeling of words of rejection. My work forward appears to be to meditate on how I can Control My Emotions! Anybody have some constructive comments? Thank you DTM for this meditation and Peace be with you.

Quickly falling in love with your videos. Didnt know i needed the music free. My brain is always playing songs. Even during meditation. Its maddening. Any tips to prevent it? Somedays i do better than others but this morning was frustrating. Sometimes idk how to make it stop and i swear its like my mind finds it funny and makes the music play more in my head when i resist. Any tips on that would be so helpful ❤

Please help me !! I’m suffering with bad anxiety . I’m weaning off cytalipram & just taking 2 mg diazepam twice a day. I’m still suffering from a turmoil in my self. Please please any advice would help . 😪

i wish it was said in the beginning that there were long pauses. when there was such an unusual long silence for first time, it actually triggered my anxiety that something is off. Also the sped up ending is annoying too if a person finally manages to relax and this comes up. you could make it in the same relaxing voice, that would be totally okay
