This was incredible. Ever since i got out of the psych ward on october 24th, I've been consumed every day with anxiety. Im waking up with panic attacks as of a few days ago. But this meditation was absolutely incredible! It was able to calm my overly anxious mind and body and leave me feeling fully content. Thank you for this. This'll be part of my 3 daily meditations. ❤

I was having a silent anxiety attack this morning, I did some grounding tools then listened to this. I am relaxed, more gentle and calmer than I was. Thank you🤗☺☺

Not being able to breath it feels like. Going to sleep thinking about breathing wake up thinking about breathing living daily with thinking about it . Feeling like something is wrong with you it’s all in your head you will be OK I PROMISE been going through this for 2 months still are been getting better exercises, meditation video (surrendering by anxiety guy) I’m a religious guy so praying helped me a lot but it will get better and you will get better just think to yourself that your okay . It’s a temporary feeling. It will make you feel like you can’t take your next breath but you are and will continue too . Prayers for everybody going to anxiety, depression, ocd I hope all go your way get healed and overcome it . Just know your not ALONE we are HERE

this was very effective, i have problems centering myself during meditation but this worked very well for me. one caveat, i heard "pink puppies" instead of "poppies, " but honestly, that's pretty relaxing imagery too. :)

This is the best relaxing meditation I've found. My friend suffers with non epileptic seizures and gets stressed and overwhelmed atm due to starting university. I'm going to introduce her to meditation using this video. Thank you ❤😊 love from the uk.

When you started the imagery I was resistant, thinking I only wanted music. But, I'm glad I stayed with your guided meditation. It did help me relax. Whenever I find myself getting all anxious I will remember the images and I will calm down. Thank you!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Thank you for these meditations! I do much better with guided imagery, as otherwise trying to visualize, I get distracted by my thoughts. I was on the verge of a panic attack and decided to give this a try, and I'm still anxious - much better, though.

This was outstanding and very calming indeed. I don't usually like guided visual meditations but your soothing voice lulled me into a deep sense of peace. I also loved the ending, which ended so gently. I hope you do sleep meditations
