I love how uplifting this side of YouTube is lol. There's people with all different goals, some trying to pick themselves up after a hard time and some trying to just get healthier. Whoever is reading this comment, remember that it does make a difference. Working out for 10 minutes a day in a way you love will always get you further than working out for an hour but feeling like you're punishing yourself the whole time. Be kind to yourself

Would just like to say a big thank you. I'm 51. Unfit and have fibromyalgia and arthritis but since doing some of your exercise routines along with a healthier diet I have now lost over a stone in weight . My joints are under less stress and I can move better.
I have tried other keep fit but I like the fact you have relatively calm music and you don't shout all the way through. Please don't change a thing. I come back every day and do two or three workouts. Thank you for sharing with us

Doing this 2x everyday :)
Day 1:✅Was surprisingly easy in the first set but the second set was definitely harder :))
Day 2:✅Achey muscles from yesterday added a challenge but other than that, definitely easier for day 2 :))
Day 3:✅Feeling stronger, still a burn but got through it.
Day 4:✅ Completed :))
Day 5❌school started so didn’t have time
Day 6❌school again, gonna start tomorrow since it is the weekend :)

I just stopped working out in the middlen of this video because I could not wait to express how much your video has encouraged me to workout again. I just started yesterday with one of your morning workout videos and since it is short it made me feel accomplished right away and the next thing I know I was already on your second and third video on my first day of working out again. Thank you for making these videos. It has helped me a lot to get back on my feet again. My mood has lifted and my body feels wayyy better than past couple of days.
