15 Minute Monday Morning Yoga for an Amazing Week

Hey y'all! Today's upload is a 15 Minute MONDAY MORNING yoga sequence. Monday's are hard sometimes, even Sunday nights, knowing you have to be at work on Monday can be stressful. This sequence is meant to help start your week off positively. It's a slightly intermediate practice with some of the poses used, but feel free to use modifications. I tried to use poses that would get your heart rate moving, but weren't TOO difficult. Let me know what you think of this video down below in the comments. Don't forget to like, share, & subscribe! The “I accept that I will make mistakes and that’s okay” really hit home for me today and was a message I needed to repeat within myself. Thank you so much for this practice. I loved it and have really been enjoying your 5-15 minute morning yoga videos recently as I haven’t had much time before work but it’s been great still getting a short practice in!
