I have been following this routine for a week. It has worked wonders for me. For starters I feel energized all day. No more morning grogginess and Need for bed tea. I can get a head start on my day. I am noticing visible improvement in my upper body strength. The upward dog is really a powerful pose. Looking forward to do take up your 30 minute routine after I become good at this one.

I have been doing this yoga workout every am for the past 3 weeks to help the piriformis syndrome that is causing my left hip /back pain. It does exactly the right thing for me, and I am pain free as long as I keep this up. Thank you so much!!! 😊

I find myself coming back to this flow with Caley, especially when I'm not in the mood for a long workout or strapped for time. It ALWAYS hits the spot for me & I feel so very energetic afterwards. Short and sweet, this is one of my absolute favourite yoga session. ❤️🙏🏼

I love this flow. I awoke this morning with some LBP & after completing the video, it is gone! I think what really did it for me was the core-strengthening. Would love some more quick morning flows incorporating that!!
