The first time I tried this yoga workout in stopped within 3 minutes finding it too hard. I have been trying her yoga workouts for a week now always avoiding this one. Today I challenged myself and I completed the full 20 minutes. Just never give up guys it's all in the head !

I lost 13 kilos in a month doing this 5 times a week 😂 I swear this is very effective. I can do it now without breathing heavingly or pausing.
I still have difficulty with the flexibility and warrior 3 .

I love this video so much. I did it at the beginning of my journey with 138 kg/ 304 lbs and I still do it now with 88 kg/ 194 lbs at least once a week. Always reminds of my story and why I love yoga and your channel! Thanks for your work :)

I have done This yoga workout many times And whenever I do this yoga workout It makes me feel so good in many ways 💪 If feel me soo toned especially my legs that's why I do workout every day and sometimes even twice a day I love this workout soo much And I love other workouts of yours to it makes my mental health and physical health really satisfied I think soo I have done alll of your workout videos atleast thrice I just love your yoga workout videos just wish you could post more of these kind of yoga workout videos btw I Rashmika 14 yrs old from I India and a really big fan of yoga workout videos they give lots of positivity just love doing them sometimes I even over do them 🤣💪💝

Loved this workout! I did it after your last waistline challenge and after all these push ups I just crashed in my flow. This workout is the reason I can FINALLY do full body pushups! I have done CrossFit, strength training, cardio, and nothing ever strengthened and toned the right muscles for push-ups until THIS ONE. Thank you!!!❤️❤️❤️
