I enjoyed this a lot. Normally I have a hard time with following yoga videos, but this one was great. Just enough of a challenge, but not enough to be discouraging. I am definitely keeping up with this.

Wow 😯 I do other work out and I always look at the time hoping it’s over but this is my first 20 min workout that I actually enjoy and feel such a short time. Love your voice when you joke around with your friends. It’s fun!
