I'm former athlete just turned 65 and thought I was in ok shape.This humbled me to nearly tears at how I am only a shadow of previous.
You younger people get off your ass.Wheather you are religous or not... you have a body that is a gift.Use it.

I havr been out of my home gym for 2 months due to surgery and finally got released to start working out again. The first thing I did this morning was get back on your page and do this. My arms are shaking, legs shaking, and a T-shirt full of sweat love it. I'm going to be hitting your 6-week shred program again

What a workout .. Feels great burns calories in less time very very effective for fat loss and I see changes in my body I do this every 3 times n I go 2 times in gym .. Thank you so much. God blessed

Great workout. Easy to follow and efficient. Had me yelling from the brutal leg exercises. Great combination of weight resistance and cardio. Definitely a decent calorie burner and mood setter for the day
