There are a number of fitness Youtubers who changed my life, and you are one of them! This workout was a perfect combination of time, level of difficulty, no repetition. Thank you thank you thank you. Recently my life changed drastically where I work and study (long commutes), so I am short for time (1 day off only a week). These 30 minute videos are perfect to squeeze into my days!

I'm a 16 year old girl and been having alot of Body

Amazing! I find that your work out is just the perfect amount of hardness! I find myself completing the full video and sweating! Some other videos I find on YouTube it’s too hard that I end up quitting and some are too easy I don’t even sweat! So thank you for being perfect!

I loved Toyas' energy & smiles which kept me moving. Never really liked cardio because it gets me out of breath but this was FUN. Taking it day by day drinking more water, focusing on natural wholesome food, and yes my hours of sleep to recover from the workout routines. Glad I could be part of J &T team. Thank you! ❤️🔥

I knew this was going to be a challenge today as I way prefer strength training to cardio, but I pushed to get all the way through and now feel like I’ve started my day well!

I did the upper body dumbbell Tabata before doing this workout and I loved it. This has to be one of my favourite cardio HIIT and love the 5 second break in between. I appreciate the creativity of your program! Many thanks!!!!

I’m doing HIIT after MANY years cos I’ve got to burn fat. Initially feeling extremely nervous as to how my body would keep up, but this was LIT! Thank you so very much. And boy, that soundtrack is just what I needed 💪🏼

I can’t find the super like button but I LOVED this workout. I’ve been doing a lot more cardio lately and this is now one of my new favorites! Even though I say all of your workouts are my faves. I did slow down on a few exercises but still worked up a huge swet. Loved the punching stuff. Thanks, Toya!

This has become my favorite part of my morning. I usually run 4 miles daily, so I can’t drive to my park 😅 (my neighborhood has vicious dogs on the loose). Your workouts just make me feel good!!!
