Workout:
▸ Round 1: 40 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Round 2: 30 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Cool Down 30 sec on, 10 sec off

omg!! i love her workouts so much. they always get me sweating but not super uncomfortable and winded, and the cool down afterwards is perfection. i’ve been working out for almost four weeks now and i’m definitely seeing some results. i’ve been eating healthier as well, and really tuning in to what makes me feel good. i’ve never felt better, more grateful and at peace and YES I STILL HAVE POINTS OF WEAKNESS because nobody is perfect, but i’m doing better. thank you anna!!

OMG, I did it :). I am a beginner and some exercises I need to do diffrently. But I loved it. I thought half through that I am done, but I pushed through. Also because of the motivating line at the beginning. I liked that. Thank you for this workout.

girl i have done every single one of your exercises at least twice, if not more, and this one is by far my favorite. and im usually a no equipment HIIT girly only!! gone back to this one 3 times already and it just came out!! i feel unstoppable!!!!
