This is the best workout Popsugar has had in awhile! Selena kept us moving the whole time and added new moves at the perfect pace. She trusted that we would catch onto the movements even if we didn't get it the first time and didn't dwell on each step too long before moving on, knowing that she would repeat the dance so many times. Please bring Selena back soon - this was excellent!

traditional exercise feels like a chore to me and I needed to find something that was fun. I love dancing and haven't done it in a while cause I'm so out of shape lol but this video was such a good time and I sweated my ass off!! I look forward to my new fitness journey and more of these videos!

I’ve been doing this workout for a week now and i still haven’t mastered doing it full out all the way through. This workout is AWESOME, it’s fun and i feel good doing it. I grew up as a dancer but stopped when I graduated high school 5 years ago. I’ve done a few classes here and there but nothing that made me feel a burn like this. It feels like week one of drill team conditioning almost 😂😂😂 thank you for putting your time and effort into crafting these Im also a new mom and trying to find new ways to get back active and want to enjoy the process. Thank you again, seriously —— another reason i chose this video to follow is because i read that trauma is stored in the hips and I noticed my hips felt really stiff after giving birth a few months back. Also what better way to loosen up my hips and back than to follow a carribean dance video!

I've been struggling with motivation, focus and depression for a wHile and this dance video was so helpful for bringing my energy back up!!! Dancing is one of my ways to break the depression or low energy.... but it's not always as fun to just be dancing "alone". I'm a beginner dancer and this video was so easy to follow!!! Even if I fell back a couple steps it was easy to catch up to where they were at or just go with the flow. She really walks you through and has such good vibes!!!! Thank you, thank you!!
