love all the standing high intensity moves I have trouble with the floor planks so I repeat some of the standing moves

Loved it! Every HIIT in the Macklemore songI loved. Had more trouble with squats b/c going faster so don’t think my form was good but otherwise liked them. LOVE your workouts, Gina!

My friend Michelle picked this video and omg I didn't expect a HIIT one! When you started the Mountain Climbers I was like "Michelle, you are officially UNFRIENDED" lol But omg it was good after it was over! Thank you for the awesome challenging exercise!

Yes, yes, Heart rate 178, swimming in sweat, but the amount of smiles and endorfin flowing through me was incredible!!! Thank you Gina, my fav so far!!! Please do more of these and maybe a longer latin/zumba clip.

Phew. Heart rate up! Good HITT! Of course the Mt Climber was the worse. And the stretch was the best😂😂😂😅😅😅😅 sparkling!

This was a big sparkle inducer! Had to modify a couple of the moves but kept up the pace. Love it!!!

Love this workout, have done it many times and yes, the mountain climbers are a bit hard but it's all fun with great music

I didn't mind the mountain climbers, but my favorite is the heal toe move! Great workout!

I think the hardest move was just remembering the steps. I am new to your page.. What I liked were the knee lifts. Have a blessed day

Finally did this one. Looking foward to see how much easier it will become after time. Favourite moves are always the skaters. Worse move is the planks. Oh well makes us stronger.

I had been sick for about month and a half with a debilitating cough that just wouldn't go away and wasn't able to work with you during that whole time 🙁 I'm back and I gotta say that I really enjoyed this workout, is by far, one of my favorites! Thank you for putting together such a fun and challenging routine!
