omg YES, love Raneir! I usually get annoyed with overly chatty instructors (just a personal preference) but he feels so genuine and uplifting, his energy legitimately helps me push through it.

I like to watch the workout all the way thru first.. then I commit to it. In the past I've started n given up because its "too hard" I've steadily been pushing that out of my mind and telling my self "I'm worth the fight". I tend to finish the exercise now more then I ever have before. I'm on week 2 of just starting out and I've been consistently working out. This is new to me and I'm loving it. I plan on keeping up with this, it takes 30 days to make a habit and 60days for it to be routine. I'm getting there thanks to this channel!! I'm so glad I found popsugar ❤

I was laughing and having fun the whole time! Especially in hard moves I didn't focus on the pain but on Raneir's jokes and motivational words (the apocalypse one with the zombies coming was my favorite hahah :) and I got through the whole workout!! Thank you Raneir for being your awesome self and an extraordinary fitness expert!!!
