Just did this workout, and I did *not* want to workout, but Rainer made the 30 minutes fly by and left me smiling, feeling proud of myself and little less depressed about the state of the world ;) No small feat. Thank you Rainer!

I am always so impressed with how Raneir explains exercises; showing them from all different angles and going slowly so that we understand the movement.

His humour and energy is infectious! I love how he uses the rest periods to show us what is coming next so I don't lose seconds of the next slot trying to figure out what to do, but can just right into the exercise. He's fantastic and definitely one of my favourite popsugar trainers!

I love Raneir! He takes things slow and makes the most of your muscle work. There's plenty of strength workouts out there that toss in cardio so it's nice to see videos that are pure strength work. Plus he makes strength training not feel so clinical....he makes me laugh the whole way through! That's a tough combination to find, and he is a fixture on my strength training days :-)

This felt amazing! I actually liked not seeing how much time was left in the workout as I could concentrate better on each exercise plus it made the whole class go faster. Thanks Raneir.
