Hey guys I don't know who needs to hear this but today is my 9th day and trust me I see my belly reducing and my waist was 32 inches I have lost 1 inch and a half ❤thanks Lilly 😊

Doing this until September!! Progress update every week ❤️
Day 1: ✅
Day 2: ✅ (really struggled today because i went running today along with 2 other workouts 🥲)
Day 3: ❌ (wasnt home at all yesterday l so i didnt find the time do it unfortunately)
Day 4: ✅
Day 5: ✅
Day 6: ✅
Day 7: ✅
Week update: Sooo a week has passed an I‘m actually quite impressed by the result already!! The fat on my back definitely lessened, posture improved a and my abs are more toned than before, of course there isn‘t any drastic change yet but theres still three weeks till I‘m done with this challenge. Over time, the exercises got easier so if you feel like you‘re struggling, keep going! It‘s so worth it 🥰 (I do this workout along with jogging and 2 other workouts!!)

edit: Hey so I fell sick and I was unable to continue from day 8 on, sorry about that 🥲 I‘ll be back from next week on!

I did this for 2 weeks
I am so happy with myself even though there was no drastic change I can feel the small changes and the main outcome is strength. In start I was struggling but now I can go with the flow.

I've struggled with belly fat my whole life. Even when i was in highschool and had anorexia (underweight by 40 lbs!), i still had a fatty stomach. These comments got me excited to try this!!
Day 1:✅ bit of a struggle😅
Day 2:✅
Day 3:✅ not bad at all until the last 2 minutes 😂
Day 4:✅ had some super intense hip pain but powered through!
Day 5:✅ easy peasy!
Day 6: ✅
Day 7: ✅
Day 8: ✅ really feeling sore today (in a good way!)
Day 9: ✅ woke up SUPER sore because I did a yoga class in addition to this yesterday 😅

I did it and my back fat is almost gone and it’s only been 5 days!! I feel better, look toner and my clothes are more comfortable, I highly recommend!!

don’t quit! i was doing this, 9 days in a row and felt amazing results…but lost them because i pushed off working out and it was NOT worth it. i’m jumping back into it though and I can tell i’m stronger with those 9 days alone

This is such a good workout when I started I was 159 (Reminder this is my 6th day) I see a big difference now I’m 156! If ur seeing this don’t give up even though the first day might be difficult

Day 1 : ✅ easy, hurted a little
Day 2: woke up feeling the tightness in my stomach( before the workout)
Day 2: ✅ after the workout it burned so good
Day:3: ✅ Very challenging, but pulled through
Day 4: ✅
Starting over because I haven’t did it in like a week😖

You can tell this works when you do it the first time and it’s tiring and hard to do. But the next day you already see small results and it’s so much easier
