Back fat exercises are often neglected because people are most often focused on exercises that help eliminate the fat on the front part of our bodies like stomach fat or arms and thighs fat. But eliminating back fat is just as important as losing fat in the rest of our bodies!

In today’s workout video I’m giving you exercises that will work your upper, and lower body to make you lose back fat effectively! These are all body-weight exercises making it easy and convenient for you to do this anywhere.

The key to making this exercise work is to do this on a daily basis and combine it with a proper, healthy diet. Make sure to stay away from grains and sugar and stay active always. Avoid living a sedentary lifestyle!

This is my second time doing this workout. I forgot to comment first time.
First exercise: Easy, slight burn.
Seccond exercise: Nice light burn.
Third: One of my favorites, I imagine points my arms has to reach every time.
Fourth: Relatively easy also.
Five: I have a hard time with this one, to maintain my balance, nice burn.
Six: My favorite! Nice burn
(Doing this for a 2 month, commenting my results at the end of july, and august!)
Before: 14yr old. (Done growing) Height 5'5.5 weight 136- used to be 128(- but summer and junk
😋also not skipping breakfast and lunch due to more time and less busy schedule

Day 1=☑️ halka feel horaha h but no change...
Day 2 and 3=This exercise made it hard for me to get up, causing pain in my kidneys, bones, and back. It’s really upsetting, but I'll try again from tomorrow.😢 Give me solution guys what i do?
