Often we come up with exercises that fix not just one, but more parts of the body that need to be addressed. Be it weight loss, muscle mass increase, body building, or posture correction.

Today I have come up with a series of routines that will help address belly fat and at the same time help correct your posture. That is by doing exercises that target your core and back muscles and doing them together to ensure success on both areas!

This is one of those exercise you can do everyday if you can. They're both easy and challenging but I guarantee that it's a fun and effective workout session! Good luck and let's begin the workout!❤️💪

Dear Roberta, I am 48 years old and I have undergone a surgery for removal of uterine fibroid. Though I was exercising since many days at a stretch, I was unable to lose weight and I began to grow fatter and fatter. Last time I weighed myself, I was 73kgs when in 167 cm, my ideal weight should be 65kg. I became despondent and lost the motivation to exercise. Now with your videos, I’m once again motivated. I am following your videos since March’2020 and am already feeling lighter. I don’t know how much, or at all, I lost weight, but I am consistently continuing hoping to stun my friends after quarantine period is over. Thanks a lot.

The newest addition to your workouts that I have been doing every day since February. The list of videos keeps growing longer! 😊 I am a unique case, as I am 44 years old and only 95 pounds (my weight since I was 17), but I have a stomach pouch after having a c-section with my daughter almost 16 years ago. I can't tell how much fat I am losing (it's going to be a bugger to lose it in my belly), but I definitely feel stronger in the stomach region, so obviously it's doing some good! So, thanks for the motivation and work out videos! - I'd have no idea what to do otherwise!

Hey Roberta...upload videos for hypothyroid patients...those who are overweight their stamina and metabolism are quite low...so need a video covering above aspects.

Hi happy new year it's a great pleasure working with you again after being sick and sick, then losing my willpower to go on, today is the first day of my notice I got, I was a time to rejoin.
