Yesterday we posted a workout video on how to exercise with 8 simple routines to lose your hanging belly. Today's workout is somehow similar, except that today, we will be incorporating exercises to help you reduce back fat, too.

Today's workout video is a combination of 9 of the best exercises to help you target body fat in the stomach and back part or the abs and lats muscles.

This workout can be done everyday for best results. And since there's no need to use any equipment, you can do this anywhere, even when you're on vacation! Allot a specific workout time everyday so you can fully commit to this workout and for you to really see amazing results with your hard work.
