Can it exchange the muffin-top belly fat exercises? The standingworkout version? I love your workout session, it's so easy to achieve. Especially as a mother that cannot always go to a gym practice because she has a sleeping breastfeeding baby at home....

My Upper & lower belly is not going I am so so much in pain b/c of this. So many vedios on u-tube but no one says that it works 100% or its a garenty work out no one..
As I have only one & only one simple & authentic exer for hip reduction just 15 days you can see visible results... But belly oooo belly no one can guide
