Today we are doing a 1000 step workout in less than 10 minutes!
This routine is short but will get your sweat on! Keep up with me and move those hands and feet.
This workout will target the entire body.
We have 30 sec countdown timer between the sets. Please watch until the end to see the exact amount of steps that I've done. Let's go!!! 🏃

I suggest to do a least 5 min warm up before this workout and 5 min stretching after.
