Smash 1000 Steps in 7 minutes with this Power Walking Workout from the comfort of your own Home.

Our goal is to get closer to our steps goal while actually having fun while doing it. Steps at home

You can use this as a solo workout or combine it with another walking workout to kickstart your steps for the day.

This workout includes a step counter so you can see your step count in real time.
This workout is designed to be fun and challenge you.
If any of the steps are too hard...simply march on the spot or step touch it out.
Our goal is to keep our feet moving for the duration of the workout.

Burn calories from the comfort of your own home while keeping this workout low impact.
This workout was super fun to do and I hope you enjoy it.

I'm a weight loss specialist and my workouts can be adapted for all fitness levels.

After having done nothing for months gaining so much weight this is the right amount of workout I can handle at the moment and it feels like an accomplishment, I know it will take a long time and much more work but thank you so much to finally get me started and feeling good about being able to finish it!

I LOVE your short and quick workouts!!! I work from home sitting at the computer sometimes 10 hours a day. I try to stop once every 2 hours to take a 10 minute break from sitting and love that I can jump in on one of your short workouts :) Thank you!!

This is perfect for the end of the day when I haven't reached my step goal, I'll definitely be coming back to it again. I appreciate that it's low impact as well so I don't annoy the neighbours doing it in the evening!
