I’ve been doing this workout 1-2 times a day for 1 1/2 weeks now and I’ve lost 8 pounds so far! My goal is to lose 30 pounds (198 rn) by the end of the year!

My goodness...I did this for only 4 minutes but I can feel my whole body burninnngggg

Update: after 7 days of religiously doing this and other workouts (10 min arms/10 min abs/10 min legs), I dropped 4lbs omg.

edit : make sure to stretch before and after! concentrate on the calf area! repeat stretch throughout the day if needed bcos you going to feel the sore the next day if you don't properly stretching!!

First day of exercise post-covid. This was the fun I needed. I will get back to to where I was before. I'm glad I enjoyed this. I'm so fortunate to have health and life in my bones

I swear there's no more excuse not to workout!

People: " i can't workout, i don't have gym membership!"
Life: workout at home !

People: " i can't workout at home, i have no gym equipment/machines or weights"

Life: Use yr body weight, do other exercises that don't require equipment, like walking outdoors!

People: " i can't walk out outside, its too hot, its too cold, its too ....etc"

Life: walk indoors in your apartment/house!

People: " And i oop...."

At the beginning of this year I was size 48/50 french size, decided I needed to lose weight. Started February, ate less and followed mostly the walking exercises to start off. I'm now size 38. Starting to put it back on but back to the exercises.

It’s been a while since I’ve done this 1000 steps in 7 mins but I absolutely love it. I’d love another 1000 steps in 7 with different tracks just to freshen it up a bit. Thanks Holly ❤

I started with this YouTube workout on 2nd Feb 2021 when I was starting on my weight loss/health mission. 2 months later and I’m doing it as a cool down after Holly’s other workouts. Simple but effective

Hi everyone! I'm not someone who normally comments under videos but for some reason I feel like I have to do it this time, lol. I just wanted to give a message to any possible skeptics - It works! After 2 weeks of doing different excercises from this playlist I shreded 3 kilos! Until now I was a couch potato from the day I was born, but I decided to finally do a massive change. It's pouring outside so I won't be getting in a lot of steps today! This workout was amazing, I did it three times, totaled in 3, 100 steps and burned 200 calories. Thank you for the great video!!

i wasn't expecting to just walk for 7 minutes. Thought there would be toning in between like others. I did 2 other workouts before hand, (day 24 of the 30 day challenge and the most recently uploaded full body). I have to admit. I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THIS!!! i'm going to add it on to my workouts at least 3 times a week.

I did this with my sister and we had a lot of fun! We plan on doing this again, hopefully we can make it a daily exercise!

Thank you for doing a step challenge that is realistic. I don't know about other people but when I'm looking for a step challenge workout I'm looking for something that will help me reach my step goal, and less so a cardio workout. Thanks for delivering that!
