Maddie, you helped me fall back in love with strength training. I've been loving your set-type workouts lately and this is a warmup I will always come back to- quick, easy and to the point. But you've also inspired me- to become a better, stronger, more confident version of myself. Lean and flexible. Feminine and strong. Thank you!

You have the best warm ups! I use programs from Miss Olympia, so I haven't tried your workouts yet, but I've yet to find any trainer on YouTube who provides a better warmup than you. Love this one, your full body, and the 7 minute leg warm up. Straight forward moves, and very little time commitment to feel thoroughly warmed up! Thank you!!!

I'm going to try this today. My tricep nerve is always acting up when I try to do pushups, really hoping some extra warmup and stretching can fix it without other intervention

Good quick warm up, would be helpful next time to say what equipment we will need at the beginning so we are ready to go. Long exercise band a yoga mat or pad :)

Nice upper body warmup Maddie! And I LOVE incorporating my long loop resistance band when possible and these aren’t used often. Thanks! ❤❤

Hi Maddie! I have been a long time fan of your videos, I do your stretching/flexibility routines a few times a week. I’ve never commented however I wanted to suggest an idea!

I know lots of people (myself included) struggle with back pain primarily relating to posture problems (thanks phones and computers!). Would you consider making a stretch video to help with this? I’m thinking your usual back, shoulder stretches (which are fab) but also include some posture specific ones like Wall Angels and Chin Tucks. I would find content like this valuable, and if you look online on Reddit etc, I know loads of other people would too!

The problem with current posture-correcting videos on YouTube is that they are all very clinical and not really friendly to work out alongside too like your stretching videos are. I think there is a huge gap on YouTube for this type of content and it would really help so many people!

Apologies that this comment is a bit long, it’s just something I’ve been thinking about for a while. I hope you see this, and maybe other people can comment if they would also find this useful to help get this comment noticed by Maddie.

Thank you so much for your amazing videos! x
