Tap in with us for a 10-15 minute stretch routine that will help alleviate any tension or tightness all throughout your upper body! This is a great flow that works well directly before, after and between training sessions. This is a thorough stretch that targets the chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, lats, and t-spine. However, feel free to pick this routine apart and add stretches that are beneficial to YOU and your own routine. Hey, y’all! Feeling excited about tomorrow’s AMRAP and loving the rest day today. The stretches felt so good, but the child’s pose/lateral stretch was superb!

wow, i didn’t realize how tense my shoulders and upper body were!! i definitely needed this. the lower body stretches helped immensely also, but comparably, i’m much stronger in the legs and carry much more tension in my upper body so i really felt it more in this video. the t-spine stretch was the highlight of my night. 🙏🏾

This upper body stretch felt AMAZING!! I had no idea how much loosening up my shoulders and arms would also help open up my back as well. I've suffered from chronic back pain since I was 15 and this helped my upper back so much! Pumped for tomorrow's AMRAP workout!!!

Despite over 15 years of yoga, and multiple stretch routines after sport throughout my life, this focused routine stretched out parts of my body that I swear had never been touched before...amazing video and thank you!

Did this as a cool down after a dumbbell workout, perfect! And I also love the tricep and forearm stretches that I've seen on a couple of your stretching videos. I have carpal tunnel syndrome, and the first time I did the stretch I could tell I was so, so tight. I do those stretches daily now (about 3-4 weeks, shortly after I subbed), and they have helped my pain, pins and needles feeling, and numbness that's associated with my carpal tunnel as well. I'm so glad you have taught us that. Thank you 🙏🏼

Week 4, Day 4:
I did these stretches instead of the HIIT workouts suggested. This is my 4th night away for work in a hotel room, and I’ve been doing plenty of walking. Today I walked 7km (approx 4.34 miles) in Sydney, so these stretches felt extra good. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s workout!

Amazing, calm stretches that make a difference. I enjoy the workout but also enjoy the nice vibes between you two. We need that love and care, as much as we need to work our bodies.

Day 4 week 3 completed! I really needed this stretch video. My upper body was definitely sore but I didn’t notice until I start stretching! It really felt good and was much needed! I’m ready for the amrap workout tomorrow!

I especially love this video of yours. I have been doing these kind of stretches for a long time now but I do them either too much or too less and I only realized that after watching your video. You explained every stretch very well and how to execute them properly. And this is very relaxing too, the ambience, music, your explanation, everything. I feel better than before, whenever I stretch after my workout so thank you guys!

Week 2 Day 2 2023 Summer Ready Challenge: This stretch was much needed. Last week soreness is going away and now I will be able to feel the effects of this week's workout.

I have a youtube channel I normally go to for my stretches, but when I searched for them, Juice and Toya showed up. I figured, why not. It's black history month, and they look good. Well, they did not disappoint. This stretch hit all the right places and relieved my tension. I felt great once I finished. I'll be back for more.

Fantastic! 👌Feel so loose and open after this. The T-spine stretch with the opener is something I rarely do and was much needed to release some tightness, so greatly appreciate it! Week 3, Day 4 Done! 👊 Thanks guys!

Week 3, Day 4:
Wow, those stretches were amazing. They all made me realise that my right side is much tighter than my left. My fave stretch was Juice’s wall stretch.
