Great great stretches. Recently I’ve been trying to do the splits and just overall increase flexibility in my legs, and some stretches hurt me more then make me feel like I got a good stretch in. These felt so good on my legs and after wards my legs felt so refreshed and loose!

you provided SO many good off-hand tips in this, like pulsing, taking a break for advanced stretches, etc. thank you for this video, PsycheTruth frfr! those lil comments are what i need as someone who struggles to understand instructions of (if not of) every details isn’t ironed out early on. but after that i’m thriving and optimizing 😂

One good stretch that I always do is I put one leg out in front of me and my other bent to the side of me and that really stretches me out a lot. This helped me so much. Thank you

Thanks for the video. I recently have been wanting to do ballet, but my legs have been kinda preventing me from being able to do the splits and put my leg on my head. But after watching this once I could feel my legs losen up a lot. I will be doing this everyday after school. Thank you so much <3❤

Everytime i workout like doing squats or something my legs hurt so bad and become so tight so these really helped

I loved this. I never stretch so this was perfect for me. I also did a killer leg workout for the first time 2 days ago and my legs are in agony so this was perfect for helping them.
I loved the music very relaxing and I also loved how authentic you are, your personality is lovely, felt like I was actually connecting to a real person, so many workout videos online are so robotic and trying to be perfect but this was just so authentic I really enjoyed it. I never comment on anything but I had to on this.
