Follow along to this stretching routine to help improve leg flexibility for dance, cheerleading and more. This is beginner stretching routine, so anyone can follow along even if you consider yourself not to be flexible. For best results, I recommend following along to this routine 3-7 times a week. ♡

2 months ago I was amazing at gymnastics and contortion (all my splits, including over split, teardrop backbend, flips ranging from a backbend kick over to backhandsprings) but I got diagnosed with cancer and I didn’t strech while i was in hospital. Now I can do my right split again after stretching for 3 days! Hoping to get more ty

Tracking my progression!! (2 weeks)
Day 1: Was very hard to do some but felt very good afterwards
Day 2: Stretches feel slightly easier to do but still very exhausted 😭
Day 3: Stretches are much easier and less exhausting
Day 4: Again, stretches are easier and feels normal
Day 5: Same as d 3 and 4 but im actually noticing a difference!

When I was younger I was an extremely flexible gymnast but after I quit I can barely touch my toes! I’ll update as I go
