This is such a great video - just did this twice -morning then after lunch - I chose this because I was low energy but something is better than nothing and after I did this, I was able to get motivated enough to do a 30 minute yoga session ❤really appreciate this - just what I needed after recovering from knee surgery now 5 months later ❤

Part of my 2020 resolution is to do 5 minutes of stretching in the morning, this one seems great! Can’t wait to try it :)
