My trainer called my hamstrings a flexible emergency, I’m on day 2 and I can already tell this is going to be a good regiment to help get my hamstrings finally loosened up.

What I really enjoyed was you calling out how we could modify them to make them work for us.

Since I am not flexible stretching does scare me, but this video Helped me be a. Little less afraid.

Eventhough this audio has a few issues, this exercice has put me back on a path to healing and gained back some flexibility. I still cannot believe it. I do the other five in this category also and others as well almost every day now. For the last 7 months, I had such pain just trying to tie my shoes or bending over. Not sure where my probllem was, either sciatica, periformis, hips, hamstrings, pelvis, buttocks, abs. Any exercices I would do would put so much pressure and pain on my buttocks and hamstrings, even trying to do ab work was excruciating on my hamstrings. As of the first time doing this exercise, it instantily relieved some pressure and gave me more flexibility to do other workouts. I cannot THANK YOU enough. So happy to have found you.

You just changed my life with this routine. I have been living with hamstring pain and tightness for over year now. This is the first routine that has actually made a noticeable difference! I will be following the 30 days protocol and tracking my flexibility progress. I have had to stop weight training with certain movements because of my hamstring issues, so thank you! :)

I love all of your videos that I've done so far. I enjoy the talking because I'm thinking less about what I'm going to do when I'm done, and more about the present moment. I wish there was an alt version of this video because I do it a lot after a workout, I just have sensory issues with audio. All of your content is great and I really cannot complain. I especially love that you explain WHY we're doing each exercise and the benefits of each. I just feel that I can trust that you're not just here to "influence" like so many other videos I come across. I've shared your videos with my mom and coworkers because they're so great. Despite the microphone issue, this is SUCH a good video, how about re-doing it, but add a 10 minute calf stretch and a 10 min glute stretch, so that it creates a 30 mins complete back of leg stretch - I would love that

This is incredible work. I've been dancing for nine years of my life, and this is my first hamstring TEAR. My physican reccomended a light stretch. I have a show this weekend and i didn't think i would be able to dance. Thanks to you, now i can reach the for the stars again. Truly, thank you for this.

I am loving all of your videos! I'm new to pilates and have Rheumatoid arthritis so I'm extremely tight in multiple areas, not to mention I sound like a rice crispie treat with all the pops and crackles. But after doing these videos for just going on two weeks I can feel the difference and love it, thank you Jessica!! I also love that you have variations and remind us this is an individual journey ❤

i been walking about 6 miles a day for the entire pandemic and after. I have not been stretching very much. I started having lower back problems, found your videos and wow - I did not realize how tight i was everywhere! My lower back feels so much better after just two weeks of hip flexor and hamstring exercises. Thank you!

Thank you for this! I’ve been dealing with tight hamstrings for years now, and although I went to physio and have tried managing it the best I can, a lot of other stretches (like legs against the wall, or “lunges” up on a chair) weren’t convenient for me. I woke up with a fair bit of stiffness and pain today, but after this I feel so much better!

, after working with about four different videos I got to yours Jessica and it was the most comfortable I can't stretch as much as you can but it didn't feel extreme or I could do a lesser version than you were doing I like it I appreciate it thank you The Sundance Kid
