For the past few weeks, I've been feeling bloated and nauseous after eating some meals. I definitely haven't been caring much about what I eat but I'm back on healing my gut issues. I find that morning oats/porridge always works for moving my bowels. I say this because it's always when I eat oats that I have to go 💩straight after 😂 I really enjoy watching your gut health videos, we need more of these ❤

Yes!! I started drinking loose leaf tea back when the teavana stores were still open… harder to find good blends now but its so worth the flavor dimensions when you do.

i don’t take beet juice, but i will give it a try. but you said you like the red ones over the gold ones and it’s probably because it’s a red superfood. we as people are supposed to intake a lot of red and green foods. red for the purpose of their antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. and greens for the purpose of healthy blood flow, and heart health!! so that could be the reason as to why you like the red beets better.

Tea has always soothed me. Not the black teas like Earl Grey & English Breakfast- instant gut pain. Yes, to loose teas. Rooibos, green and white teas.😊❤
