Bear in mind, this doesn't apply if you already have issues. Fibre can cause symptoms to flare up, as I'm currently experiencing 😫

Lol and as anyone with gut issues will tell you, we simply cannot eat most fibre as it goes right through us, in a bad way!!!

I had COVID that lasted a good 11 days. At first, I believed I was fine until I started to lose more hair than usual. After doing some research, I am realizing it’s from the strain my body went through during that time and also due to the shampoo I had been using. So I began doing meditation, yoga everyday and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And today I don't face any hair fall.

Not true
My doctors were prescribing fiber for years which I did with vegetables and whole grain.
Ended up with autoimmune disease. I didn’t eat any sugar.
