When I have a bad flare up. I make this juice for a week and it’s super healing. It’s celery, kale, cucumber, half a green half a red apple and ginger on a empty stomach

Also make sure if you can don’t eat for 30 minutes after to allow your body the chance to absorb the nutrients before working on other things. Squeeze some lemon in there too.

Wow! Kombucha is my favorite Probiotic & I need to minimize this amount of capsules that I consume. Prebiotics are necessary prior to Probiotics which is easy...berries, bananas, apples or cruciferous vegetables. Coconut Oil & Avocados keep things smooth & regular. Other gut loving foods are papaya & (about 9 seeds are very important), horseradish, sauerkraut, wheatgrass, coconuts (water & jelly from green, also flesh of hairy coconut🥥). Cod Liver Oil lubricates & cleans the colon while providing natural nutrients. Be Well.💓

This spoke to me so much. I suffer from gut issues too && I was vegan for 4 years but now I’m vegetarian. I felt so much better being fully vegan/plant-based relating to my gut issues. It’s crazy how even now my body will tell me when a food isn’t for ex: eczema, acne, mood && my sleep pattern. Thanks for putting me on seed, running to check this out lol!!

i'm so glad there's more gut content on the internet now, i've been struggling with leaky gut/gerd for over 3 years now & it's so hard/challenging and discouraging but knowing there's people out there suffering and finding solutions makes me feel not alone & gives me hope. i gave up after having bad reactions to supplements aimed to help me but now i want to try again so i can go into 2023 a lot better than i am now.

Girl thank you for this video!!! I noticed changes in my gut health when I transitioned from a highly active job to a desk job. My health declined so quickly bc I was eating lunch at fast food restaurants near my job during lunch. I started living a sedentary lifestyle and the job was highly stressful. It pretty much ran havoc on my gut. I'm definitely becoming more health conscious and brushing things off. People also don't understand the impact of how others stressing you out is so detrimental to your health. I've gotten to the point of just ending conversations if it is negative.

Probiotics can stop working after awhile and that's why they recommend mixing it up every couple months to keep it diverse. Interested to look into this brand.

This is so helpful. One thing I'm finding is the Mind/ Body approach to healing. Everyone's healing journey is unique but we often miss this component. Just consider looking up IBS and Mind Body Syndrome. I know trust me this is absolutely physical but the brain / mind plays a huge role in our overall health...

I have IBD, after 2 surgeries I had to LISTEN to my body. Lack of SLEEP, STRESS and excess fiber will cause me to have a flare. Recognize inflammation, that will destroy your gut/body. Also, all of my food needs to be COOKED. No raw salads - hate it but....

I have been wanting to clean out my gut because I have noticed that the things I use to eat I now can't eat anymore. I have eczema and I know when a food isn't for me because I have a flare up. I am also waiting for my doctors appt to do a food allergy test. Water is life. Idk how people can go without drinking it.

I’ve also read Atomic Habits and this video reminded me of all the things I said i would change but conveniently forgot- including my gut health - but it caught up with me lol. Definitely going to try these suggestions out ☺️💕

I’ve been wanting to add Aloe Vera to my diet I’ve just been procrastinating. Probiotics is another that I recently added. I to suffer from a gut problem, I have ulsers and my lifestyle has and is still changing. I trying to find what works for me. I’m definitely going to pick up that Seed and Aloe Vera today, great video thanks for sharing 💜

I just found out I have stomach sensitivities, and its magnified at work. Ive changed a few things here and there but it sucks not having room in the freezer because my grandma will not say anything to my sister about her old food in the freezer that she wont eat. And then on top of that I cook for myself and everybody get mad at what I buy and how I cook but still eat my shit wnd its annoying having to buy shit 3 times over because nobody dont know nothing or they telling me I ate it while Im working 12 hour shifts. I keep trying to lose weight but shit is very annoying have to hand over money to sleep on the floor and buying my personal items over and over because no one has no respect. Then they start buying the same shit I buy so they can say it theirs. Im sorry im ranting i couldnt keep it in because when Im try to tell them im an ass but then they want to be nice to get money so i find a way to spend it so i have nothing to give but that just keeps me stuck in this situation. I be so close to getting out then somebody needs this and that and this then I have nothing.
