This fun and energetic 25-minute yoga flow is the perfect class to help awaken your body and mind. Practice in the morning to kick start your day or in the afternoon for a quick pick me up! The class ends with a short meditation to bring you into a calm and focused state of being. This is an intermediate sequence, but all are welcome to try it out. I recommend having two blocks for when we get to our balancing postures.
