I'm recovering from anorexia and exercise addiction, so I had a messed up relationship with sport, which is why I had to stop for a year. Recently, I've started working out again because it felt like my body needed to. However, I'm not allowed to do high intensity exercises. I was looking for some yoga or pilates workouts and then I've found yours. It's been two weeks since I practice with yours videos, not everyday because I've to be careful, but three or four days a week and it feels good. My body and my soul are currently thanking me for working out, but I'm thanking you for your videos. I love the way you talk with a calm voice and I really enjoy your workouts.

I still can't do the crow pose so probably I'll practice my crow with this wonderful yoga video ☺️ Even tho I'm still recovering from covid, I still do your yoga/pilates videos daily because they're perfect for both efficiency & intensity, plus the feeling after working out left me so satisfied & accomplished.Your cues & techniques are gold & hands down one of the best instructors I've ever had.Thank you so much for today video, Nichole & I hope you have a wonderful day there ♥️💕
