This routine goes straight into it, starting you in a standing position with a backbend to immediately wake up your entire body, and then goes through standing, balance, and floor postures to hit all of your major muscle groups.

Insanely tight here. Years of sitting, driving, sitting. I actually set reminder alarms 5x's a day. This channel and instruction covers it all.

Thank you so much! i've been practicing yoga for over a decade now, but my practice has slipped for some time. My once great posture has deteriorated, and a lot more aches and pains - i've been getting back into yoga these past couple years via follow along youtube videos (I live in an extremely rural area) - I've been doing physical labor all my life, and have a little landscaping / handyman / construction business, but i just started a full time job as a groundskeeper at a complex of 9 buildings. Lots of commuting, lots of arduous physical/ mental / emotional work, and very little free time. this week is a month at my new job, and I've been following along with these 1o and 15 minute routines of yours at least that long 2-3+ times a week. a total game changer! I'm feeling great even after 1o and 15 minute practices honestly. thank you! Namaste! :)

Great exercises. I definitely feel energized. I found myself wishing I had 10 to 15 seconds to shake out my muscles and transition to the next exercise

This was great. !!! Very helpful! I sit most of the day at work . So this will be great to do at the end of the day as well . And also much needed as cross train on my none - running days. Man! Just saw this video and this was the first real activity I’ve done in a while. Felt really awesome. I struggled on being able to go the full time on some of these! Great video though man, thank you, just subscribed as i continue to catch my breath.

I enjoyed this session. It had a few difficult poses that really challenged me. I also liked that Dean struggled with a couple of the poses because it showed me it doesn't matter how long you may have been doing yoga, it's about practicing & being consistent. Thanks again.
