Let's do a full body yoga flow for strength, flexibility and energy, no props needed!

Hey everyone, thanks for joining me this morning. I'm going to take you through this 20 minute power yoga class to give you a boost of energy in the morning. This sequence will focus on strength building poses as well as yummy stretches to get you ready for a great day. This is a beginner to intermediate level flow with no props required.

I'll take you through poses like high lunge, warrior 3, bridge and pigeon pose. We will use our time on the mat to set an intention for the day ahead.

I haven't done yoga for about 2 months and i've really noticed feeling more out of control and more of a separation from my body! So it was amazing to do this flow and to re-connect with my body! My word today is: self-care! Thank you so much Kasandra! Namaste xxx

Thanks as always Kassandra. I have been practicing with you since 2020. Back pain led me to start doing yoga and it has been helpful. My word for the day is gratitude. Today’s my 29 year wedding anniversary so I am grateful for that!

Absolutely perfect! Just took and these are the Kassandra flows that make it into my daily routine. 20-30 minutes, vinyasa/power but accessible, some good half pigeon, balancing, core strength, and I am a happy guy : ) A+ and this is why I recommend Kassandra to everyone, such solid accessible everyday yoga 🙏❤️
