Join me for a 10 minute KILLER HIIT CARDIO WORKOUT to scorch calories and get your heart rate pumping. There will be lots of jumping in todays routine but with LOW IMPACT OPTIONS provided. This is a killer 10 minute HIIT workout. I now include after all my other cardio workouts as a bonus round! I love doing only standing workouts and this definitely fills the bill! Thank you

THANK YOU! I have weak wrists and love working out but usually end up feeling like my wrists are going to break by doing simple pushups. Doctors told me to take it easy but now I finally have something to workout too!
