The chicken is cooked with Canola oil which isn’t good for gut health. I would recommend looking for the chicken skewers as they are cooked with Extra Virgin Olive Oil!

Its important to learn about ingredients though. Some Ingredients can be so inflammatory. Like the chicken you got, they all have canola oil, added sugars, and etc.
