what i love about Dr Mike is how many snippets you see of him with totally different body comps. I tried the tilapia and cauliflower and the Chicken breast meal. Both were delicious and easy to make. Love the simplicity and volume of food that you can have with these foods. I have found that it is hard to stick to a diet if you’re hungry all the time. So these recipes are a game changer! Can’t thank you enough!

Great Video! My only question is that I notice you focus on fat content, shouldn’t the source or type of fat be considered as how much fat you intake? Isn’t healthy fats important for energy for performance and fat loss? Thank you again for such great information.

I think the most important thing you touched on for me was sustainability.
I started my "cleanse" last week and did very low-carb with a ton of natural protein (meat), vegetables, and some healthy fats (avocado, olive oil). Although I managed to shed of 5lbs in a week I don't see it as sustainable long-term in terms of being happy (I love food). Seeing someone as physically fit as you actually have a carb/fat/protein ratio that lets you have enjoyable meals like this definitely makes me think I can push on with a healthy diet for the rest of my life. Thanks Mike!!

I struggle to get enough protein because I honestly just don't eat enough. Protein shakes have really helped make sure I get enough protein daily and I definitely noticed a positive difference in the amount of muscle I have after 2 months of weight training.

Great ideas! A few concerns though. Egg whites and even low sodium tuna have tons of sodium. Also, I'm curious about the yummi sauce you put on most dishes. Most of the sauces I know about - at least the ones that are taste good - have either high sodium, calories, fat or all three.

I recently started my fitness journey and found my love for going to the gym with the help of my trainer but I have always struggled with my diet.
