Strength and toning is the focus in today's total body workout. Using dumbbells for resistance, compound exercises and multiple reps will help you receive maximum results by targeting multiple muscle groups at once. Grab those weights and follow along!

Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up
Circuit 1 (40s work + 20s rest x3 rounds)
- Squat, Curtsey + Curl
- Lunge + Press (R)
- Lunge + Press (L)
- Down Dog Push Up
- Squat + Punch
Circuit 2 (40s work + 20s rest x3 rounds)
- Deadlift + Raise
- Side Lunge + Raise
- Glute Bridge + Press
- Bent Over Row
- Weighted Jacks

I’m a little late because I have been drowning in schoolwork, but I wanted to thank you Heather. I discovered you at the beginning of quarantine through a gym assignment. The workout I chose was way too hard for me and I hated it lol, but I felt accomplished. I was bored a few days and decided to look at your channel for something else. You have taught me to value my strength and have helped me gain confidence. Your workouts have become an emotional outlet for me, I lost my grandfather in December and broke my foot at the end of January and it’s been hard, but your workouts were always there. I appreciate all you do! I started at 14 and now I’m turning 16 in July! I can not tell you much happy I am to have found a community and someone who makes me feel so good without meeting them. Thank you Heather!😁

I’ve been doing your workouts 4 days a week for the past 3 1/2 months and eating healthier and I’ve lost 15 pounds! Love your workouts. They are challenging but doable. I have abs for the first time ever and it’s awesome 😎
