Team, here's another Killer Full Body STRENGTH workout with Dumbbells! You can build strength and condition your total body at home with this new workout. Grab your weights, a mat & water, and just follow along. I promise you're going to feel the best post workout high after this, let's do it!

▸ Level: Intermediate - Advanced
▸ Time: 40 Min
▸ Equipment: 2 x 5kg and 2 x 8kg Dumbbells

Workout:
▸ Warm Up 50 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Round 1 (2 x 8kg): 45 sec on, 15 sec off
▸ Round 2 (2 x 5kg): 45 sec on, 15 sec off
▸ Finisher (2 x 5kg): 60 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Cool Down 30 sec on, 10 sec off

Did I go on my knees for a majority of the push-ups? Yes. Did I have to go super slow on some exercises to not hurt myself? Yes. But did I complete the workout? Hell yes! ⭐️💖
