I've just started doing this workout every day to try to lose some weight. Day 4 and I'm sleeping better and craving healthy foods instead of junk already!

I am 54 and if you can try ti exercise your body More than that, dont put yourself in a box. I do Ashtanga yoga. At first 2 years before I started slowly, but with continuos practice you can achieve more. DONT PUT YOURSELF IN A BOX.
