This video goes over the top 5 pelvic floor exercises, and 4 of them don't involve doing a kegel:)

I was NOT given pelvic floor knowledge nor maintenance instructions after a full hysterectomy in 2005. Your instruction details including reminding us to go gently is perfect. I tend to overdue it, and I don’t want to hurt myself. Thank you. Those kegel exercise balls were a waste of money because they are uncomfortable and hurt. And I was using them correctly, with the gel. I hope to save my pelvic floor, if it’s not too late. Again, thank you. You are a rock star!!

I’m a 15 yo with bladder problems so this helps me a lot! My doctor said that I should do pelvic floor exercises but the only kinetotherapist is 4 hours away..

She was amazing a little hard to understand because im 10 and have had a urinaral blatter problem since I was 4 and I had my spinal cord released when I was 8 and it still hasent helped much but I have a strong feeling this video will help me alot!

Perfect video I'm 53 yrs old I move my bottom all time even sitting in trying tighten canal up after having 3 children 1 weighed over 9 lbs being 19 I been needing these exercises . Thanks great explained & could see it very well.

I'm suffering from constipation I woke up and did this I wasn't sure it would help my constipation problem I watched a video that said do pelvic floor exercises then I stumbled on this video not knowing it was the very same thing I was doing that helped me this morning

Great video - However, I honestly think the visual of your you tube would be much better if you used the right hand and arm instead of the left. Your arm covers a lot of what you are discussing. Thank you.

I love these they are so simple to do period but wondered how many reps or times you do each one because you don’t say. I work out all the time not lately, but I’m able to do 10 to 15 or more.

I don’t really understand the Clock exercise. Are you supposed to tilt your hips, or is it just trying to squeeze that side of the muscle?

My physical therapist recommends pelvic lengthening exercises for me instead of Kegels. I have an injury that won't let my muscles relax.
