I woke up 4:00am this morning and ran across this workout. I tried it and really like these workouts. Not vigorous to the point of making you sick. Very motivated exercise to do each morning.

HONEST TO GOD; I watched my wife for years run the treadmill and never lose weight. Finally she started to "Change her WorkOuts IE: Dance Classes, Yoga, High/Low, Body Strong.... I've seen a drastic change in my wife's (51 yrs) body tone, weight loss and stronger!!

I adjusted the video settings to half speed and really enjoyed the workout. So many of these videos, especially for any age group go so fast it makes it feel like injury is inevitable. Slowing it down also allows me to get the form with precision and really feel the burn of each move while not going so fast that anything snaps

Started this work out today at nearly 43 years old. Found the moves easy to do and felt like I had done something at the end of it. Will keep doing.

Just ran across this an can’t wait to try I’m 47 an living with cirrhosis an very healthy today🙏🏼❤️ however it’s hard to exercise without inflammation to my stomach…so can’t wait to try this workout 💪🏼💪🏼
