This is one of the best fitness videos I have ever found. Each exercise is explained adequately without excessive conversation. There is no annoying music. Your voice is pleasant and clear. The video is just the right length, and I LOVE that you don't try to be cute or funny, you just get right to the point and give us exactly the information we need. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! I am definitely saving this one to my fitness video library.

I got started with you the end of last summer and I can say as a 64yr old man who has been a bodybuilder, genetically stiff and waved off stretching and found himself in a pucker of the tightest fascia, hamstrings, hips with horrible knee pain - you are absolutely correct what you teach is a life changer. I am still stiff but I have come so far through the fall and winter and make stretching 1/3 of my training 6 days a week. I have dealt with excruciating pain and it is still painful but much better and my general mobility has climbed.

I'm a man, 77 years old and I can do 21 deep squats. I love your videos, but trust me. For the people I know, it's not their age, or that they can't build up their ability . . . it's their will to to do them. A lot of people are deteriorating couch potatoes. These squats are life transforming but a lot of people are attached to their dis ease.

Started doing squats about 8 months ago. Every morning in the shower. The transformation is incredible. I started out and could just get down about 8 inches, and struggled to get back up again. Now I can get all the way down and back up again with little effort. The amazing thing is I started because of back pain which is now all but gone, but the overall flexibility in my legs, but and lower back is incredible. I will be 60 in a couple of months and have been using knee surgery when I was 15 as an excuse for poor mobility. Wish I star5ed much earlier. Keep at it everyone

I’ve just tried these exercises and they are great. I’m nearly 61, relatively fit but have poor mobility and I can see this routine is going to really help me. Thank you.

Absolutely. When I started even trying to do the Primal Squat it kicked my ass, but two years later, I can do it!!!

I started working on my squat depth only several months ago, and see a giant leap in my thigh and glute strength, thank you for the amazing content!

Really happy to have discovered you. Just been through chemo ( breast cancer) ect, lost a lot of mobility. Feel motivated after watching, you have a great motivational smile.

Eloquently explained with no guff as usual, simple movements that ultimately will improve flexibility, balance and posture.

I love how you advise easing into a movement to prevent injuries and promote consistency by advocating for "micro-dozes". Injury prevention and consistency is the name of the game.

Hi, at 63, and recovering from a cardio issue, I had a physio introduce your videos, they've given me another pathway towards fitness, Bravo !

I love your videos. I've been improving my mobility with them for a while now. Up until now, I've come across videos that quickly discouraged me because I didn't see progression. Or they looked like 'do this routine every morning to be mobile', but I wasn't mobile enough to even do them. Thank you, you're doing a great job!

Thank you this is so helpful. I started doing the Asian Deep Squat over a year ago ( I am 63 male), I could barely do 30 seconds, it was torture. I am up to 5 mins plus now, and in that time most of my lower back pain has gone. Amazing . PS and I dont get tired legs after big walks ;)
