Read through the workout below, and see if it’s right for you. If it’s a bit too challenging, that’s OK. We have a ton of great workouts for you on our channel and inside our app! You can always come back to this one when you feel ready.
As for the workout, this is what you’ll be doing:
Set your interval timer for 40-seconds ON, 20-seconds REST. You’ll be doing 5 total rounds on the exercises below. Between full rounds, rest 60-seconds so that you can really go hard in your working sets!
NOTE: If you need to take a break for whatever reason during the 40-seconds of work, take it. You want to make sure to keep great form throughout the entire workout. What I do when I need a break in the 40-seconds is give myself 3-5 seconds and then I get back into it!
1) Bulgarian Split Squats (left): 40-seconds
Rest 20-seconds
2) Bulgarian Split Squats (right): 40-seconds
Rest 20-seconds
3) Arnold Press: 40-seconds
Rest 20-seconds
4) Renegade Row: 40-seconds
Rest 20-seconds
5) Bicep Curls: 40-seconds
Rest 20-seconds
6) Squat Thrusters: 40-seconds
Rest 60-seconds and move back to the top…
