My back started to hurt in the middle of the whole workout probably because of my scoliosis so I took a five minute rest break but I still enjoyed it a lot!! Do not give up guys!! Thank you Anna! xoxo

Hi, Anna! Love music, the city in the background, exercises and no repeat! Last exercises kicked my butt a bit! I'm glad you enjoy your trip to Seoul.
I wanted to make some wishes about the next workouts. These are just my preferences. Maybe, someone thinks the same. An ideal workout:
1) A proper warm-up around 5 min, 30 sec on and no rest.
2) The main part with killer cardio exercises (some with weights) and strength-aimed exercises, 50 sec on, 10 sec off
3) Killer finisher without rest.
4) Relaxing cool-down around 5 minutes, 30 sec on, no rest.
Your 45 minutes killer cardio workout with weights where you are in a pink sports wear is one my favourites.

I had to stop a couple of times but made it through 😁
Been doing YouTube workouts for a year now and almost every day, although I choose length and intensity of the workout intuitively. I've been feeling like I should step up the game and try harder workouts which led me to yours and those are my favorite, especially 30+ minute videos!

Progress is incremental! When I started working out with you almost a year ago, I couldn’t do a single lunge jump. Now, I could (just barely) do 30-second’s worth! Excited to keep growing with you and everyone here in the comments ❤😊

That was a good one! I added in 15 pounds weights and did 10 extra weighted burpies. I NEVER would have been able to do that before without your workouts. You've helped me get back in shape after my baby. You rock, Anna!🎉❤

After a long time dealing with sickness, I finally got to workout again and I pushed through 🤩💪🏼🤗 First strep throat, then inflammation in my wrist which took forever to heal and just as I thought I was good to go covid hit again. 😭 Been sick for what feels like forever but now I’m back 🎉🎉 Great workout as usual! 🤍🩶🖤

This was amazing! Ended up having to take a month off from working out due to illness/life, and this brought me screeching back! Challenging, but it had an excellent build up in intensity that was gradual enough that I was able to finish it! Thanks Anna! ❤️
