Tap in with us for a Full Body Dumbbell Tabata Workout! We broke up this workout into 4 groups of strength/HIIT exercises that target the full body. All you need for this workout is a pair of dumbbells (we used 10# and 20# dumbbells, but feel free to go lighter/heavier). This workout is advanced, but Toya has you covered with modifications. This is an absolute beast of a workout. I have been rocking with y'all for 16 months now. I'm down 37lbs. I started using 20lb weights and have worked my way up to 35lbs on all the workouts except this one and the AMRAP. I use 30lb. I use 35lb kettlebell's. I have a small gym basically thanks to y'all. 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 lb weights. 25, 35 kettlebell's, a bench, a mat. All I need now is a medicine ball and some resistance bands. I love you two

I just have to say that because of you all I know. Really enjoy the challenge of your TABATA workouts. Thank you..even with bad knees I still get it in, just a lot slower... please keep adding videos like that. Y'all gonna make this 50yr lady fine again!!

At first I smiled ‘cause I thought this difficult workout is finished but at the end, that sneaky finisher got me saying “Here we go again.”. But its challenging tbh. 🔥

This kicked butt, literally in a good way! Loved the fast-faced tabata workout focusing on the entire body, I including a sneak-attack finisher at the end. I used 10 and 15 lbs sets for this workout for reference. Your workout program is the best!!! Thank you!

While I have been faithfully doing these workouts for a year, this challenge allowed me to challenge my husband to join in. He and I both lost weight three years ago, and as a result my husband lost a lot of muscle mass. Weight loss completely cured his sleep apnea, but now the challenge is for him to regain muscle! I see through comments that you have a large audience of upper 50’s. Building muscle and bone density becomes even more important. Lifting our 75 lb tandem kayak up on to the car will be much easier this year. ❤ Thank you!

Week 1, Day 5 [28/04/23]; Workout completed!

Six months ago I wouldn't believe I'd do a Tabata workout with dumbbells and here I am. How cool is that?
Also, I've noticed that while doing exercise everything in my life is better: college, mental health, relationships, etc. It is as if everything that worries me and increases my stress is released, for this reason I'd truly like to thank Juice & Toya, what you guys are doing is amazing.
