I initially saw the 30 minute workout on the schedule and didn't feel it was long enough, so went for a run beforehand. Boy... did I make a mistake today- never underestimate an Anna workout!
I was and still am sweating buckets! I was regretting life 3 minutes in haha

I am a competitive swimmer almost 16 and I thought no workout would ever be a problem for me, but damn this workout was FIRE!!! Definitely doing it again tomr after my first 2 hour practice from lockdown. Much Love from Canada!!
